Refund Policy
1. Business Profile Claims
Free business profile claims are not eligible for refunds because no payment is required.
2. Opportunity Intelligence Access ($500)
Grants access to proprietary research, opportunity matching, opportunity details, scoring, and related business intelligence.

- Access has not been granted
- No opportunity intelligence has been viewed
- No opportunity data has been unlocked
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase
Not eligible for refund
- Opportunity intelligence has been accessed
- Opportunity details have been unlocked
- Reports have been viewed or downloaded
- Platform data has been revealed to the purchaser
Once access has been granted and intelligence delivered, the service is considered fulfilled.
3. Bid Preparation Assistance ($2,500)
Includes research, analysis, document preparation, compliance review, and related services. The initial $750 deposit reserves work capacity and project resources; the $1,750 balance may be due before final delivery.
Membership component of the deposit: the $750 Bid Preparation deposit also activates an Opportunity Intelligence membership (a $500 value) that is delivered immediately upon payment. If a Bid Preparation project is canceled and any refund is considered, the membership portion is treated under Section 2 above — once opportunity intelligence has been accessed or unlocked, that portion of the deposit is considered fulfilled and is not refundable, independent of the bid-preparation work.

- Deposits become non-refundable

Partial refunds
At TitanTechOS's sole discretion, a partial refund may be issued when a project is canceled before completion; any partial refund reflects work already performed.
Completed deliverables
No refunds after deliverables have been delivered, bid packets assembled, opportunity dossiers completed, or research reports delivered.
4. Custom Software & Development
Custom software, automation, website, application, and development projects are governed by their individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing: deposits are non-refundable, completed work remains billable, and custom development is not eligible for refunds once work begins.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Refunds will not be issued based on contract award decisions, grant award decisions, government funding decisions, bid outcomes, business performance, revenue generated, or opportunity success. Purchases are for services and information, not outcomes.
6. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact TitanTechOS before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension, termination, collection efforts, or legal action where appropriate. TitanTechOS maintains records of purchases, account activity, deliverables, and service fulfillment.
7. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must include your name, business name, purchase date, order number, and reason for the request, submitted through the official support channels published on the platform.
8. Policy Changes & Contact
