1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TitanTechOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.
2. Description of Services
TitanTechOS is a business intelligence and opportunity management platform. Services may include opportunity discovery, government contract and grant matching, business readiness assessments, eligibility analysis, opportunity intelligence, bid preparation assistance, business profile management, and document/workflow tools. TitanTechOS may provide both free and paid services. Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.
3. No Government Affiliation
TitanTechOS is a private company. TitanTechOS is not SAM.gov, Grants.gov, the SBA, the GSA, or any federal, state, or local government agency. References to government opportunities are provided for informational and business-assistance purposes only. See our Legal Disclosures.
4. No Guarantee of Awards or Funding
TitanTechOS does not guarantee contract awards, government funding, grant approval, selection for opportunities, business success, or revenue generation. Opportunity matches, readiness scores, eligibility assessments, projected values, and recommendations are informational estimates based on available data.
5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information; maintaining current business records; verifying opportunity requirements; reviewing all generated materials; meeting submission deadlines; maintaining required registrations and certifications; and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Users remain solely responsible for all final submissions and business decisions.
6. Opportunity Information
Opportunity information may originate from third-party sources and may change without notice. Deadlines, requirements, values, eligibility criteria, agency contacts, and other details should always be independently verified before submission. TitanTechOS is not responsible for changes made by government agencies or third-party data providers.
7. Paid Services
TitanTechOS may offer paid products and services including Opportunity Intelligence, Bid Preparation Assistance, business services, software development, automation, and consulting. Specific deliverables may vary by service. Payment grants access to the purchased service only.
8. Deposits and Project Services
Certain services may require deposits. Unless otherwise stated: deposits reserve work capacity; work may begin upon receipt of deposit; remaining balances may be due before final delivery. Custom project terms may supersede portions of these Terms when agreed in writing. See the Bid Preparation Assistance Agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, workflows, scoring systems, analytics, branding, graphics, text, and proprietary materials of the TitanTechOS platform remain the property of JOINT VENTURE COLLECTIVE LLC unless otherwise specified. Users may not copy platform software, reverse engineer systems, resell platform data, or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.
Custom-build deliverables are different: for custom software, website, and SaaS development projects, ownership of the delivered project code and work product transfers to the client upon full payment of the project invoice, as described in the project agreement. JOINT VENTURE COLLECTIVE LLC retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, and general know-how used to produce the deliverable, and grants the client a perpetual license to any such components embedded in the delivered work.
10. User Content
Users retain ownership of materials they upload. By uploading content, users grant TitanTechOS a limited license to process, analyze, store, and use that content solely for providing requested services. Users represent that they have the right to provide all uploaded materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOINT VENTURE COLLECTIVE LLC and TitanTechOS shall not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost contracts, lost grants, business interruption, indirect damages, consequential damages, or reliance on platform recommendations. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TitanTechOS is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. No warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, opportunity outcomes, match quality, or eligibility determinations. All information is provided without guarantees of any kind.
13. Account Termination
TitanTechOS may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
14. Modifications
TitanTechOS may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
